Meet the family
Our journey started over a decade ago when we were looking for a service dog for our daughter Laya who has cerebral palsy. It was very hard to make up our minds as to what was the best breed for her and our family.
Because of her physical restrictions, we were very concerned about her safety. We were looking for certain traits that were almost impossible to gather together in a single dog it seemed. Because Laya can’t move her arms or hands we needed a dog that was non-aggressive. She could not defend or protect herself if the dog were to turn aggressive, not even rough-playing. We were also looking for an intelligent dog, fairly easy to train because really, we did not have an endless amount of time, with all our family demands. We had to have a dog that I could tolerate since I (Marcela) am an allergic person to most “hair” type coats of animals and have anaphylactic reactions.
one day while driving to work, I heard on the radio about this magnificent breed and started my research as soon as I got home. Immediately, I fell in love with their looks and their traits seemed like a perfect fit for us. We visited one breeder and took Laya with us to see how the dogs would react to her and her “equipment” and it was awesome!
Long story short, we were able to get a puppy, and here we are, over a decade later, passing along the blessing that we once received and continue to receive from this particularly all-around lovely breed!

We have litters ready to go to their forever homes all year round. We breed for excellence and go through extensive health testing in order to qualify our breeding dogs to produce the very best puppies for your family. All of our dogs and puppies are registered with the Australian Labradoodle Club of America!
The ALCA is a strict club and requires only multi-gen Australian Labradoodles with extensive health and genetic testing performed in order to qualify a male or female to the breeding Legacy.
